Virgil Ephriam Brownlow

Virgil "Dick" Brownlow was born in Bartow County, Georgia, on March 01, 1888. He was the son of James Madison and Sarah Phillips Brownlow. He never married and lived with his parents until their death. He ran a store with his sister, Jud, for a while. In his later years he lived with his niece, Mattie Brownlow Haney. his favorite television shows were "Gunsmoke" and "The Lone Ranger". He died on June 21, 1958. He is buried at the Prospect Church Cemetery in Polk County, Georgia.
