James Brownlow (c.1700-c.1740)

All that is known about James Brownlow is contained in his will that was written in County Armagh, Ireland, on June 4, 1740. In it he mentiones his wife, though he never calls her by name. He also names his children: Elizabeth, William, John, Jane, and James

He seems to have been a relatively young person as he says his children are mostly young and unable to work. He also mentions his "kinsman" Joseph Brownlow. He was, along with the widow, the executor of the will. James Brownlow was a Quaker.
